I've been on a quest of sorts to find the cereal my grandparents used to feed me as a small child. It wasn't sugary sweet, to my best recollection it was supposed to be good for me, and I'm pretty sure it was something the elderly community is encouraged by the medical community to eat.
Only thing I know for sure, it isn't All Bran.
But I'm feeling pretty regular.

I do not remember you eating any cereal other than Cheerios as a small child. I do remember you emptying out the bottom cabinet at Grandpa's and sitting in there with a pan lid on your head eating Cheerios. You were so cute.....do you still do that????

And by small child I was thinking slightly older than 2.
